How It Works
Our loyalty programme is simple -- no app to download, no paper stamp cards to lose. Everything lives on your phone.
Sign up in 10 seconds
Visit our sign-up page and enter your name and email. That's it -- you'll get a digital loyalty card straight away.
Add the card to your phone
After signing up, tap "Add to Apple Wallet" or "Add to Google Wallet" to save your loyalty card to your phone.
Earn stamps and points every visit
When you visit us, show your card to the person at the till. They'll scan it and you'll earn stamps and points automatically.
Redeem your rewards
Once you've earned enough stamps and points, just let the staff know you'd like to use them. They'll take care of the rest at the till.

You earn stamps and points each time you visit and make a purchase. Here's what you can get:
Tip: You don't have to spend your stamps and points straight away. Save them up for a bigger reward if you like!
Your Loyalty Card
Your loyalty card is a digital pass that lives in Apple Wallet on iPhone or Google Wallet on Android. Here's what you need to know:
Troubleshooting
Try these steps:
- Make sure you tapped "Add to Apple Wallet" or "Add to Google Wallet" after signing up.
- On iPhone, Apple Wallet works best in Safari (it may not work in Chrome or other browsers).
- On Android, make sure Google Wallet is installed from the Play Store.
- If all else fails, you can recover your card -- see the section below.
Open the Wallet app and scroll down. If the card isn't there:
- Check that Wallet hasn't been restricted in Settings > Screen Time > Content & Privacy.
- Try recovering your card using the link below and re-adding it.
The automatic pop-up relies on your phone's location settings. Make sure:
- Location Services are turned on: Settings > Privacy & Security > Location Services.
- The Wallet app has location permission (set to "While Using" or "Always").
- Your Bluetooth is on (iPhones use it for more precise location).
If it still doesn't pop up, don't worry -- you can always open the Wallet app manually.
Make sure the screen brightness is turned up -- the scanner needs to read the barcode clearly. If it still won't work, the staff can search for your account by name instead.
Stamps and points are added by the staff when they scan your card. If you think something is missing, just mention it at the till next time you visit and we'll check your account and sort it out.
I Lost My Card
No problem! Your loyalty stamps and points are safely stored in our system -- they're linked to your email, not your phone. You can get your card back in a couple of ways:
Recover it online
Go to our sign-up page and tap the "Recover Card" tab. Enter the email you used when you signed up, and we'll send you a link to re-download your card.
Ask the staff
If you're in the shop, just ask anyone at the till. They can look you up and help you get your card back on your phone.
Don't worry: Getting a new card doesn't reset your stamps and points. All your earned stamps and points will still be there.
New phone? If you got a new phone and your card didn't transfer, just use the recover option above. It takes 30 seconds -- works for both iPhone and Android.
